Yamaha celebrated its 60th anniversary this weekend and the team was decked out in yellow and black gear, with bikes to match. Webb and Martin once again featured, along with their teammate Plessinger who is proving to be a front-runner, in his first pro season. Martin took the win in the first moto and teammates Webb and Plessinger both crashed, which didn’t give them the results that their riding deserved. Webb finished eighteenth and Plessinger sixteenth. In the second moto, Webb was in second place, challenging for the lead, when he went down with two laps to go. Plessinger finished third and Martin fifth, which earned him third overall for the day.
